LGC provides a dedicated onsite recruiter(s) to lead the charge in quickly and cost-effectively building out the team from mid-level managers, to IT leaders and technicians, to business process owners, analysts, or support staff. Direct/Permanent Placement Services
This service line supports our client base by recruiting talent for a specific full-time position. LG Consulting employs the same methodology and process rigor to the mid-level and lower-level technical and managerial searches, as it does for a retained executive search. The recruiters are experienced, yet technical enough to scale in their ability to communicate with an executive or an IT engineer. Our firm continues to receive feedback that we provide an executive/retained search experience under a contingent recruiting model.
