Microsoft offers a minimum of 10 years support (five years of mainstream support plus five years of extended support) for Exchange 2000 and 2003.

Mainstream support for Exchange 2000 originally ended on December 31, 2005 but has been adjusted to end January 10, 2006. Extended support for Exchange 2000 began January 1, 2006, and runs through January 1, 2011. Mainstream support for Exchange 2003 ended on April 14, 2009. Extended support for Exchange 2003 began April 14, 2009, and runs through April 8, 2014.
