J.T. Monahan is Vice President of LG Consulting responsible for managing and driving the Contract Services & Permanent Placement team. J.T. brings over 13 years of recruiting experience with S&P 500 companies as well as early stage start-ups. Prior to joining LG Consulting, J.T. was the North America Recruiting Manager for Expedia Inc. where he oversaw all the professional level hiring for Expedia’s North America operations. J.T. has an impressive background as a recruiter as well as building and managing high performing recruiting teams. Early career experience includes head of recruiting for Aventail. He received a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Oregon State University. J.T. resides in Seattle with his wife Mary and daughter Ellie.
