The client:  Mid size Bio Tech Company in Seattle
The Bio Tech sector is a strong new area for LG Consulting. We provided a top quality team to a local Seattle area corporation to help push forth a new era of cancer research. We worked seamlessly with a large team on-sight to provide all aspects of management, quality assurance, and development to produce a superior scheduling system poised to deliver new cancer fighting drugs to thousands upon thousands of people.

The challenge:
Ensure that the application that was meant to track all aspects of delivering a time sensitive cancer treatment occurs without error. Our client needs to be able to extract blood cells from a patient, ship them across the country to be processed, and then have them returned to be injected into the originating patient. All this is done within a very short time frame to avoid expiration of the cells.

The solution:
Any type of a project that is medically focused is handled with delicate care, as such careful planning was extremely crucial to this project. From the beginning of the process we implemented the very best practices known in software development. Every step was well documented and well planned, so that no effort was wasted. It was great to be a part of a textbook example of the agile development process. The project started with requirement gathering, and then moved onto the creation of a specification. Test cases were prepared, software construction began, and we moved on to build and deployment. LG Consulting experts helped to deliver on time and satisfied client expectations.
